River Flows

Runoff is upon us! The Arkansas and Colorado near Parshall are both blown out. Expect flows to come down in the next 2-3 weeks. South Platte is fishing decent, low flows in the Canyon make it tough, thru Deckers is seeing Blue-Winged Olive activity in the early afternoon and there has been reported success on caddis patterns, both dry and buckskins.
